The staff, breakfast, room, spa were all excellent. Friendly staff and great restaurant recommendations. High-quality breakfast with fresh ingredients. Comfortable, well-equipped room. Highlight of the stay was the spa with sauna, steam, and jacuzzi.

The staff went above and beyond to help us with transport and made a lovely surprise for my wife. The spa was clean, tranquil, and we were able to enjoy it privately. The hotel provided secure parking and helped with luggage. The rooms were comfortable and the breakfast in the garden was tasty.
Unpleasant smells in the spa and bathroom. Whirlpools could have been cleaner.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of the city center. I was able to walk to all the tourist attractions within minutes.
